If you created your own distribution lists in your address book, you will need to create new lists starting 2/11. A company distribution list created and maintained by IT will migrate to the new system. (example: SMG Everyone).

Email sent to your Saltzerhealth.com address will be forwarded for up to 3 months. During this grace period, please ask your contacts to update to your new email address. A message about the migration will be included in the signature line.

Your old emails will be migrated into your current file folders in the new domain. Per Intermountain policy, emails are retained for 2 years.

IT is working with Microsoft to create the new email addresses. A list will be available the week of 1/17. However, you won’t be able to access your new email until 2/11.

Saltzer Health will migrate to Intermountain’s Microsoft 365 operating system on Friday, Feb. 11 in order to standardize processes and more fully integrate with the Intermountain team. This transition will make it easier to share data, view Outlook calendars, participate in Teams meetings, and work collaboratively using Microsoft tools.
