How to Set up an Online Account
To set up your account, a member of our team will help you establish an online account.

The online Healow portal is free and available on the Apple app store and Google Play store.
We accept all major insurances.
Depending on your insurance policy, the services you receive through us may be considered “out-of-network.” Because we want to make sure your entire experience is as stress-free as possible, we always suggest talking with your insurance company before receiving non-emergency medical treatments – that way you won’t have any surprises when it comes to the portion of payment being covered by your insurance policy.
Your insurance policy may require you to provide a co-payment. When you arrive for your appointment, we will collect this payment via check, credit card or debit card.
After your appointment, you will receive a bill. It will come from SIHP Saltzer Clinics and will provide you with a complete listing of any amount owed after your insurance company makes adjustments under your policy.
