The new email structure is firstname.lastname@imail.org. If you have a preferred name (for example Sue vs. Susan) you will need to submit it by 1/13 to Workday for it to be implemented into the new email address.

Please note: If your name matches an existing email address in the Intermountain system, you will get assigned a number after the last name. Firstname.lastname2@imail.org.

Click on ‘View Profile”
Then click ‘Personal’
Click ‘Edit’ button under Preferred Name
