The Pfizer vaccine is currently available for children ages 12 and older at the South Nampa pediatric clinic, 215 E. Hawaii Ave., Nampa 83686.

The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is available for people age 18 & older on a walk-in basis or appointment at 7 urgent care clinics.
The Moderna vaccine requires two doses. Your 2nd appointment will be scheduled when the 1st dose is administered.
The single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available for people age 18 years and older on a walk-up basis at the East Boise clinic ONLY.
