William “Bill” Jensen, PA-C, joined Saltzer Health in August 2019.
Jensen worked previously as a physician assistant at Saint Alphonsus in general & bariatric and St. Luke’s pediatric otolaryngology and general/bariatric surgery.
His medical background also includes experience at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital in family/internal/emergency medicine, Nevada Health Centers in family/emergency medicine and Intermountain Health Centers at LDS Hospital/Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
Jensen’s research in pediatric sleep disordered breathing was published in “Otolaryngology, Physician Assistant Clinics,” a professional journal.
He earned a bachelor’s degree of science in community health in 2001 at Brigham Young University and a master’s of medical science in 2003 at Saint Louis University.
A married father of five, Jensen served a two-year church mission to Brazil and later taught Portuguese at a church language training center. He enjoys triathlons, hiking, reading and landscaping.
