Vitaliy Nebyshinets, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant. He obtained his Associates in Arts – Liberal Arts, from Fresno City College and his Bachelor of Science – Interdisciplinary Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Pre-Physical Therapy – from California State University, Fresno.

Most recently Vitaliy worked in the family practice at Kaiser in Washington state. Prior to that he also served as a family practice provider at Sea Mar Vancouver Medical Clinic.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children. He is also an avid chess fan and enjoys playing the game.
