Michelle Stoddard is a certified physician assistant with experience in orthopedics and family medicine. She joined Saltzer Health’s urgent care clinics in October 2021.

Most recently, Stoddard was a physician assistant at St. Luke’s Nampa where she managed chronic conditions for patients of all ages, developed treatment options, and worked as a surgical first assistant in the operating room.

Previously, Stoddard worked with patients of all ages in family medicine at the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Caldwell and was on call in urgent care clinics in Nampa, Caldwell and Star.

At West Valley Medical Group, she was a family medicine physician assistant in Nampa and worked on-call as a physician assistant in emergency medicine at West Valley Medical Group in Caldwell.

Earlier in her healthcare career, she was an emergency medical technician at Weiser Memorial Hospital and at Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Nampa.

Stoddard earned a master’s degree in the physician assistant program at Heritage University in Toppenish, WA. She received a bachelor’s degree in health science with an emphasis in public health from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg.

Stoddard has volunteered in a mobile outreach clinic that provided free health care to underserved communities in Idaho and assisted with safety and education for Idaho Mountain Search and Rescue.

In her spare time, Stoddard enjoys riding horses with her husband. They also have a small farm that they manage for fun as well. She also loves to camp and ride ATVs.
