Ryan McKinnon, MD, is a Board-Certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist who treats children and adults with conditions that affect the eyes and visual system. He also performs surgery for cataracts, glaucoma, macular diseases, diabetic retinopathy, and eyelid diseases. Dr. McKinnon has been serving patients in the Treasure Valley since 1993.

Clinical Research

Dr. McKinnon has been actively involved in advancing the field of ophthalmology through clinical research. He was the principal investigator in a number of clinical trials, including clinical trials involving eye drops used after cataract surgery as well as studies related to treating conjunctivitis and glaucoma.
