Could your child have RSV?

If your child is showing symptoms of a common cold, it could actually be respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Learn about the CROCuS research study for children who have RSV and are 28 days to 3 years of age.

RSV Symptom Reminders

Symptoms of RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) infection include:

  • Runny nose and nasal congestion (stuffy nose)
  • Sore throat
  • Decrease in appetite (not hungry)
  • Coughing
  • Fever
  • Sneezing
  • Breathing difficulties or wheezing

If your child experiences any of these symptoms, he/she may have RSV and could be eligible for the CROCuS research study of an investigational medication for children with RSV.
